Howdy all. Recently have been having an issue with the 3D phone app while using iPhone X and XR. If we take the picture with the phone upright, the picture in the phone app comes out sideways. The picture orientation is OK in the phone, just sideways in the 3D app. Any suggestions out there?
Go into your phone settings, Camera, Formats. If "High Efficiency" is set, select "Most Compatible" instead. Please see if that change resolves the issue.
I have an Iphone 11 Pro and it is doing the same thing. I made the changes to the camera settings and it made no difference. The picture is upright when taken but when you view the picture in the report it is upside down...pretty frustrating!!
