Software Subscription Plan Preferences

Current subscribers may specify or change their Software Subscription Plan preference at any time by submitting the form below. If you are not a current subscriber, then you must upgrade first or retroactively renew your subscription plan to be eligible for the auto-renew option. Contact subscriptions at 800-745-6126 or +1 239 652 0871, option 4 for more information or to provide updated card information for the auto-renew option. Subscription renewals are generally processed on or near your subscription anniversary date.

We generally attempt to notify you via email about your upcoming subscription renewal prior to renewal for both automatic or manual renewals. You may not receive a notice if you choose that you do not intend to renew, have not provided a current or valid email, or if your email uses anti-spam filters that block or otherwise misdirect our emails (we do not send spam, but some filters are overly aggressive and block legitimate emails).

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT RENEW AN EXPIRED SUBSCRIPTION. It specifies your preference for handling future renewals. If you need to renew an EXPIRED subscription, please use the Buy Now area of the shopping cart to do so or contact the subscriptions department.

About Software Subscription Plan

My subscription renewal preference is:

(A) YES, AUTORENEW. I want to automatically renew my software subscription annually. I authorize 3D Inspection Systems, Inc. to keep my last submitted credit card information on file (or a replacement number I provide) and annually renew my subscription on or near my subscription renewal anniversary date.** I understand I may cancel automatic renewal at any time by resubmitting this form with my new preference. However as long as I continually remain on the auto-renew plan, and provide any updated credit card information needed prior to expiration, my current base subscription rate* will remain locked in indefinitely without a price increase.

(B) I PREFER MANUAL RENEWAL. I prefer to renew manually each year, and will be responsible to keep track of my subscription expiration date and make certain I renew on or before that date if I wish to renew at the same rate*. I understand that by failing to renew before my subscription anniversary date**, I will permanently lose my rate lock-in and ANY future renewals will be at the then current rate at the time I upgrade and rejoin the subscription plan.

(C) NO, I do not intend to renew my software subscription plan. I understand that this means if I choose not to manually renew prior to expiration, I relinquish subscription benefits and will no longer receive downloads or new releases after my subscription expires, but may purchase upgrades later at the normally higher upgrade cost, after which future subscriptions would be renewed at the then current rate. I realize that although I may continue using them for as long I am able to do so, older versions eventually become non-supported by 3D Inspection Systems over time, and other benefits solely available to subscribers (such as Test Drive, Cloud3D memberships, replacement installers) may be unavailable.

*Adding or removing software licenses may change the subscription fee total, but a locked in rate ensures that any such license changes are pro-rated based on the locked-in rate.

**Subscription renewals normally fall on the anniversary of your original purchase date, or on the date of your last separately purchased upgrade if a subscription plan was also added at that time. If updated credit card information is needed, you must supply it prior to your subscription expiration.
