Do you need to print a quick listing of jobs, perhaps to submit for association membership or candidacy, or to see the fees collected for jobs within a particular date range?
You may find it convenient to use the Job List Management Report.
Click Management Reports button in Office Management
Select the Job List report
Choose the desired view, for instance Jobs Year to Date, and adjust date or other filters as desired.
View Report
Print as needed, or Save to PDF or Excel if desired (for instance if you want to manipulate your data further from Excel)
Other Management Reports can provide or similarly export sales information for various contacts
More complex exporting of data may of course be done by using various Microsoft tools, such as the Import/Export wizard or Report Builder. See various import and export related articles.
