In addition to including images with inspection findings by taking your photo right in the mobile app or inserting it into the report field in the report writer, at times one might want to include a standard image or illustration whenever a pre-written narrative comment is selected.

This could be set up automatically in Custom Form Studio.  In Custom Form Studio right click the desired form and Edit Form.

Locate and select the narrative you wish to edit

In the lower pane choose the image icon (next to text color icon)

Select the image you want and its settings (width, etc.) and Save and Close.

Save and exit out of the form.

Right click your form group and click compile.

In future reports that narrative comment will also include the desired picture when it is selected.  In mobile reports the image is automatically attached for the selected narrative when the report is retrieved.
